Leadership Growth Training Institute (LGTI) was founded in 2012 by Otto Gross. LGTI currently serves hundreds of retail automotive dealerships with sales and marketing strategies designed to maximize traffic opportunities, market share and increase dealership profits.
We represent only the highest quality training solutions to automobile dealers. We work with dealers that are looking for maximum impact sales training and custom Finance & Insurance product solutions to increase income velocity and retention with a focus on customer satisfaction.
